“十二五”是航天科技集团公司的战略转型期,面对日益增长的高强密度发射试验任务形势,通过推进产品化工程可以极大地提高产品研制速度,降低成本,提高质量。本文提出推进产品化工程的三要素:以产品标准化为基础,以顾客认可为核心,以创新工作流程、转变管理方法为保障,最终实现航天产品化工程的目标。
“Twelfth Five-Year Plan ” is a strategic transformation of Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Facing the growing task of high-density density launch test, by promoting product engineering can greatly improve product development speed, reduce costs and improve quality. This article puts forward three elements to promote product engineering: product standardization as the foundation, customer acceptance as the core, innovation workflow, change management methods for the protection, and ultimately achieve the goal of aerospace product engineering.
