目的对蒙脱石散联合消旋卡多曲和酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效进行观察。方法 192例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组96例采取常规治疗加口服蒙脱石散,治疗组96例在常规治疗的基础上加蒙脱石散联合消旋卡多曲和酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片灌肠治疗。结果治疗组显效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组39.58%,两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合消旋卡多曲和酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效确切,可使病程缩短,具有临床指导意义。
Objective To observe the curative effect of montmorillonite combined with racecadotril and enterobacter of Clostridium butyricum enterococci in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 192 children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 96 cases in control group received routine treatment plus oral montmorillonite powder, and 96 cases in treatment group were treated with montmorillonite combined with racecadotril Clostridium butyricum Enterococci triple live bacilli enema treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (39.58%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Montmorillonite combined with racecadotril and C. butyricum enterococci enterococci triple live E. coli treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis is effective, can shorten the course of disease, with clinical significance.
