目的建立小丛红景天的高效液相特征图谱。方法采用梯度洗脱,检测波长274 nm,流速1 mL/min,以山奈素为参照品计算7批样品共有峰相对保留时间。结果检出9个共有峰,S峰与参照物相对应,特征峰与S峰的相对保留时间RSD<5%。结论该特征图谱可用于小丛红景天药材鉴别及质量控制。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatogram of Rhodiola sachalinensis. Methods The gradient elution was carried out at a detection wavelength of 274 nm and a flow rate of 1 mL / min. The relative retention time of seven peaks was calculated using kaempferol as reference. Results Nine common peaks were detected. The S peak corresponded to the reference substance. The relative retention time (RSD) of characteristic peak and S peak was less than 5%. Conclusion The characteristic map can be used for identification and quality control of Rhodiola sachalinensis.
