介绍了美国、日本二个国家在医疗纠纷的防范和处理方面的措施,通过对这二个国家医疗纠纷的特点、医疗责任保险、医疗纠纷防范进行比较,总结分析其对医疗纠纷防范和处理措施的异同,并根据美、日二个国家的医疗纠纷的各项统计数值以及形成的原因等,来进一步分析我国医疗纠纷的产生的原因以及我国纠纷的统计数值,从中来总结我国医疗纠纷在处理上的一些缺点、优点,并进一步借鉴美、日二国的优势,提出对于我国加快医疗保障体制建设,医疗纠纷处理的经验,解决医疗卫生资源配置不公平现状,完善药品采购机制,实施法定医疗责任保险等建议。通过对照学习美、日二个国家的特点,来努力预防我国医疗纠纷的产生,并在医疗纠纷处理中,借鉴经验,努力解决医患之间存在的问题,形成一个良好的医患关系。
