复合树脂和玻璃离子粘固粉都是良好的牙色充填材料,多用于牙颈部充填修复,它们各具特点,最新的观点是将二者联合运用,扬长避短。 复合树脂充填是通过在洞缘作短斜面和对釉质进行酸蚀达到固位和封闭目的。因其不能与牙本质直接粘连,固位力较差,边缘微漏多有发生。虽然已有牙本质粘结剂面世,如草酸/n~-苯甘氨酸为主要成份的粘结剂等,但它们多在口液中降解,故仍常有复合树脂充填后脱落及继发龋的报告。
