为探明大豆连作对大豆根腐病发生的影响,在连作大豆的耕地内设置试验小区,人为创造不同生态条件,定期进行常规病害发生情况调查及分离病原,计算出不同生育时期大豆根腐病的发病率、病情指数及每种病原菌的分离频率。描绘出不同生态条件下的病害增长曲线,建立了动态数学模型。结果表明,环境条件不仅对大豆根腐病田间总病情。初始病情及病情增长速率有影响,同时对不同病原菌分离频率也有影响。
In order to find out the effect of continuous cropping of soybean on the occurrence of soybean root rot, a test plot was set up in cultivated land of continuous cropping soybean.
