为了提高向日葵遗传图谱的密度和实用性,以125个来源于PAC-2和RHA-266杂交的F8代重组自交系(RILs)群体为材料,利用简单序列重复(Simple sequence repeat,SSR)标记,采用MAPMARKER软件对向日葵遗传图谱进行标注,并从300对SSR引物中筛选出51对多态性引物对群体进行标记。结果表明:①51对多态性引物中有19对引物无多态性或条带不清晰,32对引物表现多态性;②共检测到35个多态性位点,分布在图谱的15条连锁群上。③标记后的图谱总长度为2914.5 cM,比原来的图谱增长7.5 cM。④标记间平均距离由9.0 cM缩短为8.1 cM。
In order to improve the density and practicability of the genetic map of the sunflower, 125 FJ recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from PAC-2 and RHA-266 populations were used as materials, and simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers The MAPMARKER software was used to annotate the genetic map of sunflower, and 51 pairs of SSR primers were screened for polymorphic primer pairs. The results showed that: ① Among the 51 pairs of polymorphic primers, 19 pairs of primers had no polymorphism or unclear bands and 32 pairs of primers showed polymorphism; ② A total of 35 polymorphic loci were detected in 15 Chain group. ③ The total length of the labeled map is 2914.5 cM, which is 7.5 cM more than the original map. ④ The average distance between markers decreased from 9.0 cM to 8.1 cM.
