目的:分析基于管理风险防控的现代医疗财务管理核心制度。方法:将本市二甲以及以上作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式,站在医院管理风险点的基础上,对现代医院管理核心制度进行分析。结果:通过问卷调查的方式,得出对医院的认同程度,将与医院管理风险相关的重要核心制度找出,从中发现有12项核心制度具有较高的风险。结论:通过对管理风险防控的现代医疗财务管理核心制度的分析,表明只有重视现代医院的管理核心工作,才能更好提高医院的管理水平。
Objective: To analyze the core system of modern medical financial management based on management risk prevention and control. Methods: Taking the A and above in the city as the research object, taking the form of questionnaire survey, standing on the basis of hospital management risk point, the core system of modern hospital management was analyzed. Results: Through the questionnaire survey, we got the degree of hospital approval, and found out the key core system related to the hospital management risk. From these, we found 12 core systems have higher risk. Conclusion: By analyzing the core of modern medical financial management system of risk prevention and control, it shows that only by attaching importance to the core management of modern hospitals can the management level of the hospital be improved.
