BIM技术能为建筑生命全周期提供信息支持,除此还有三维可视化技术、4 D施工模拟、碰撞检测、5 D可控造价、信息可计算性等诸多强大的优势,因此BIM引发了建筑行业的第二次革命。目前BIM在国内许多的项目中进行了推广和应用,并在一定程度上取得了突破性的进展,但是由于缺乏相关标准规范,也缺少配套的BIM软件,这严重限制了BIM的发展。在这种情况下,作者研究了部分应用BIM技术较为成熟的实际项目,针对设计阶段遇到的一些问题提建设性意见,进一步推广BIM技术。
