本文介绍了日本活塞环公司开发的粉末冶金凸轮轴,这种凸轮轴是把粉末冶金凸轮和钢管,用液相扩散法熔接而成。实验表明,它具有重量轻、耐磨性好、制造工艺合理、质量稳定等优点。
This paper introduces the powder metallurgy camshafts developed by Japan Piston Ring Corporation. This kind of camshafts are made by welding the powder metallurgy cam and steel pipe by liquid phase diffusion method. Experiments show that it has the advantages of light weight, good wear resistance, reasonable manufacturing process and stable quality.
