针对直升机旋翼转速指示系统的特点,以高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心,采用数字化检测和信号处理技术,对原模拟式旋翼转速信号变换器进行了系统级兼容的改型设计。数字化技术的应用使得系统质量减轻,且精度和可靠性大为提高,实践证明新设计在保留原有电气接口特性的同时又达到了旋翼转速的指示要求。
Aimed at the characteristics of helicopter rotor speed indication system, the high-performance DSP chip TMS320F2812 is used as the core, and the digitized detection and signal processing technology is adopted to realize the system-level compatible design of the original analog rotary speed signal converter. The application of digital technology makes the quality of the system reduced, and the accuracy and reliability are greatly improved. The practice proves that the new design achieves the indication of rotor speed while retaining the characteristics of the original electrical interface.
