创新人才培养工作的现状究竟如何?“创新人才培养工作座谈会”对与会的高校、中小学以及幼儿园代表进行了调研,以此了解目前创新人才培养工作的认识、途径与方法以及取得的成效,梳理待改进或深入研究的问题。对象中高校11所(重点大学8所),示范性中学27所,普通中学1所,小学1所,幼儿园2所。从被试职务看,大学领导11人,中小学校长27人,幼儿园园长2人。从被试所在学校校史看,校史在20年以下的,占总数的15%;校史在20~39年之间的,占总数的15%;校史在40~59年之间的,占总数的22.5%;校史在60年以上的,占总数的47.5%。
