思想政治教育在各个教育阶段都对学生的思想起着良好的引导作用,同时也是中等职业教育中必不可少的教育环节。思想政治教育是中职学生思想政治建设的基础,作为中职教育者必须充分认识到思想政治教育的重要性,面对中职思想政治教育中的问题与挑战,必须加强对思想政治教育的重视。同时,学校及教育者应当秉承以人为本的原则,营造充满人文精神的学校制度和文化氛围。教师也应当不断学习,提升自身的思想政治水平,将思想政治教育渗透到日常的生活及学习当中,注重引导学生参与思想政治教育实践,促进学生形成良好的思想道德素质,为社会输送具有高素质的技能型人才。
Ideological and political education at all stages of education plays a good guiding role in the thinking of students, but also an indispensable part of education in secondary vocational education.
