用种子乳液聚合法合成了聚苯乙烯~丙烯酸/聚丙烯酸正丁酯~丙烯酸/硅溶胶三元互穿聚合物网络复合乳胶,简称PS/PnBA/SS LIPN.探讨了聚合物共混物的相容性、不同加料顺序、不同组合比、不同颜料体积浓度对涂膜性能的影响,找到了合成三元LIPN的最佳工艺条件,在相同的颜料体积浓度下,将三元LIPN复合乳胶涂料与同组成的PS—nBA一硅溶胶共混型乳胶涂料进行了性能对比,研究结果表明,三元LIPN复合乳胶涂料的性能比共混型乳胶涂料要好得多,是一种新型的建筑外墙装饰材料。
Polystyrene-acrylic acid / poly (n-butyl acrylate) / acrylic acid / silica sol ternary interpenetrating polymer network composite latexes, referred to as PS / PnBA / SS LIPN were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of different loading ratios, different combination ratios and different pigment volume concentrations on the properties of the coating films were investigated. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of ternary LIPN were found. Under the same pigment volume concentration, the three-component LIPN composite latex coatings The results show that the performance of ternary LIPN composite latex paint is much better than that of blended latex paint, which is a new type of architectural exterior decoration material.
