一、看清形势抓特点。一个时期有一个时期的宣传中心,记者在报道中抓特点就要围绕这个中心进行,也就是我们通常所讲的要摸准“火候”。同时要看清形势,也就是站在全局高度看形势,记者胸中有了全局,才能恰当的估量每个具体事物在全局中的地位和意义,才知道什么是该抓的、有特点的东西。
