信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,需要进行战略、企业目标和工作流程等多因素考虑。在信息化规划和实施过程中,应当建立规范标准。本文从亲自参与实施企业信息化建设的体会中总结,从信息化规划的规范、信息系统功能规范两方面进行探讨,并以资源计划管理(ERP)系统中物资库存管理子系统为例,进行规划和功能规范标准分析,为信息化建设实施提供参考。
Information technology is a complex system engineering, which requires consideration of many factors such as strategy, business goals and work flow. In the planning and implementation of information technology, standards should be established. This article summarizes the experience of participating in the implementation of enterprise informatization construction in person, discusses the norms of informatization planning and functional specifications of information system, and takes the material inventory management subsystem of resource planning management (ERP) system as an example, And functional specification standards for the implementation of information technology to provide reference.
