抗草甘膦棉花突变体R1098对草甘膦抗性研究

为研究抗草甘膦棉花突变体对草甘膦除草剂抗性,以抗草甘膦棉花突变体R1098为材料,以其遗传背景亲本柯字棉312为对照,在无菌培养过程中分别加入不同浓度的10%草甘膦水剂和95%的草甘膦粉剂,考察幼苗的生长发育和POD活性变化,研究结果表明柯字棉312对两种草甘膦除草剂均较为敏感,低浓度草甘膦处理情况下即枯萎死亡;抗草甘膦棉花突变体R1098对95%草甘膦粉剂抗性较强,随着草甘膦粉剂处理浓度的增加,各项指标未见显著差异,而对10%草甘膦水剂抗性较差,随着草甘膦水剂处理浓度的增加,各项生长发育指标显著的降低,POD活性显著的增加;当草甘膦处理浓度大于0.6 mmol/L时,在两种草甘膦除草剂之间抗草甘膦棉花突变体R1098幼苗全株鲜重、叶重、根重、下胚轴长度和POD活性等各项指标差异均达到显著水平;R1098对10%草甘膦水剂抗性较差,极有可能是因为10%草甘膦水剂本身含有严重阻碍R1098幼苗生长发育的其他有害物质。综上所述,抗草甘膦棉花突变体R1098对草甘膦粉剂具有良好的抗性,该非转基因种质在棉花育种和生产上均具有重要意义。 In order to study the resistance of glyphosate-resistant cotton mutants to glyphosate herbicide, a glyphosate-resistant cotton mutant R1098 was used as a material and its genetic background parent Cuoxian 312 was used as control. With the increase of glyphosate treatment, the growth and development indexes decreased significantly and POD activity increased significantly. When the concentration of glyphosate was higher than 0.6 mmol / L, the indexes of fresh weight, leaf weight, root weight, hypocotyl length and POD activity of the R glyphosate-resistant cotton mutant R1098 seedlings reached the significant level between the two glyphosate herbicides; R1098 is less resistant to 10% glyphosate, most likely because 10% glyphosate Body contains a serious impediment to the growth of other harmful substances R1098 seedlings. In summary, the glyphosate-resistant cotton mutant R1098 has good resistance to glyphosate powder, and the non-transgenic cotton germplasm is of great importance in cotton breeding and production.
