目的:在脑垂体前叶间质中存在着多种免疫细胞,产生以细胞因子为主的各种生理活性物质,这些物质与垂体激素非分泌支持细胞垂体滤泡星状细胞(FS细胞)和内分泌细胞相互作用,与局部生理功能的调节机制密切相关。此前已报道细胞因子诱导性中性白细胞趋化因子(CINC)产生于垂体前叶细胞,有抑制促性腺激素分泌的作用。此次应用滤泡星状细胞株 OBJECTIVE: There are multiple types of immune cells in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland, which produce a variety of physiologically active substances mainly composed of cytokines, pituitary follicular stellate cells (FS cells) and pituitary hormone non-secretory support cells. Endocrine cell interactions are closely related to the regulation of local physiological functions.
