目的 探讨智能手机软件Sina在颅内幕上占位性病变定位中的应用,比较软件测量与标准神经导航测量的偏差.方法 筛选幕上病变患者,术前先后使用Sina软件、神经导航系统对病变进行定位.病灶直径为2~6 cm,标志点选定为病灶中心.结果 相比于标准神经导航系统,Sina定位误差为(13.6±0.55)mm.误差在方向上没有特异性.使用Sina软件定位与神经导航系统定位确定的病变部位相比的误差有统计学意义.结论 Sina软件可用于在无神经导航条件下幕上占位性病变的定位和术前切口设计,但仍不能取代神经导航系统定位方法.“,”Objective To explore the use of smart phone application Sina in the localization of supratentorial spaceoccupying lesions,and to assess the deviation of Sina measurement compared with neuronavigation.Methods Before operation,Sina measurement and neuronavigation were used to locate lesions.The lesions averaged 2-6 cm in length,and the observation point was the center of the lesions.Results Compared with standard neuronavigation,Sina measurement had a deviation of(13.6 ± 0.55) mm,which had statistical significance.The deviation had no difference in direction.Conclusion Although it has not yet become the neuronavigation equivalent,Sina can still be used in the localization of supratentorial spaceoccupying lesions and preoperative planning of the incision when neuronavigation is unavailable.
