办公室工作者,特别是在办公室工作达十五年以上的白领阶层人士,不仅其患心血管病者甚多,且长期从事办公室工作的白领阶层人士早衰、早亡者亦不乏其人。究其原因,是白领阶层人士远离健身场和平时不关注自身的保健活动所致。而据笔者调查,造成办公室白领阶层人士远离健身场所和忽视保健活动的原因,多与其工作压力大、家务事繁重、缺乏保健场地和缺乏保健技术有关。鉴于上述,笔者特结合自己多年在办公室脑力劳动中思悟出来并施行有效的一套强身健体术,付诸成文,以供有兴趣于此的办公室白领阶层人士参考。概括起来,笔者从实际体会中总结而成的这套白领阶层人士保健术,即可归为强身“三个五”:即中年脑力劳动者在办公室内工作时,要因地制宜地坚持好办公室椅子上的五种保健术,要适时运用好让身体变轻柔的办公室内的五种健身术,以及要坚持做好办公室内五种闭目健心术。现分述如下。
Office workers, especially white-collar workers who have worked in offices for more than 15 years, suffer not only from those with cardiovascular diseases, but also from premature deaths among white-collar workers who have been working in the office for a long time. The reason is that white-collar workers away from the gym and usually do not pay attention to their own health care activities. According to the author’s investigation, the reasons for the white collar workers in the office to stay away from the fitness places and neglect the health care activities are mostly related to their work pressure, heavy housework, lack of health care venues and lack of health care technologies. In view of the above, I combined with my years of brainwork in the office to think of and practice an effective bodybuilding exercise, written, for the office of white-collar workers who are interested in reference. To sum up, the author concluded from the actual experience of this group of white-collar workers health care, that can be classified as “three five ”: that middle-aged mental workers in the office work, we must adhere to local conditions The five kinds of health care techniques in the office chair should be properly applied to the five kinds of fitness exercises in the office that make the body softer and the five kinds of closed eyeshadow in the office.
