员工是企业最宝贵的财产。面对突发的灾难事件,HR作为企业员工的管理者,最大程度保护好员工,既是沉重的担子,也是HR价值的最大体现。说其沉重,因为在灾难发生之际,尽可能让灾难化转为常态化,是实现这一目标的方向。但是灾难之际不仅大不同于平常,而且意想不到的事情很多,基于目前情况.国内这方面的有效经验又实在相当贫乏,要想将其完善成为一种常态化的管理,自然并非一蹴而就的事。至下其价值,就不言而喻了。
