目的 :观察心怡滴丸对实验性大鼠急性心肌梗死的影响。方法 :将 72只大鼠随机分为模型组 ,伪结扎组 ,滴丸低剂量组 ,滴丸中剂量组 ,滴丸高剂量组和消心痛组。结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立急性心肌梗死模型。通过心肌组织硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT)染色 ,观察心怡滴丸对大鼠心肌梗死范围的影响。检测血中血清肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、一氧化氮 (NO)、血栓烷 B2 (TXB2 )和 6-酮 -前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)水平 ,观察心怡滴丸对上述各指标的影响。结果 :心怡滴丸能减少心肌梗死面积 ,降低血中 CK、L DH、MDA、TXB2 水平 ,提高血中 SOD、NO、6-Keto-PGF1α水平。结论 :心怡滴丸对结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支所致的急性心肌梗死具有保护作用
Objective: To observe the influence of Xinyi dropping pills on experimental acute myocardial infarction in rats. Methods: Seventy two rats were randomly divided into model group, sham ligation group, low dose drip pills group, middle dose drip pills group, high dose drip pills group and XieXiaoPeng group. Acute myocardial infarction model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery in rats. Myocardial tissue nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) staining was used to observe the influence of Xinyi Wan on myocardial infarction area in rats. Serum levels of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO) And 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) were measured to observe the influence of Xinyi Wan on the above indexes. Results: Xiyi dripping pills can reduce the area of myocardial infarction, lower the levels of CK, L DH, MDA and TXB2, and increase the levels of SOD, NO and 6-Keto-PGF1α in the blood. Conclusion: Xinyi drop pill has a protective effect on acute myocardial infarction caused by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats
