电力部电力自动化研究院继电保护研究所公司,即南瑞继电保护研究所,其前身是南京自动化研究所继电保护室、南瑞电网保护公司和通用电气公司。1994年10月电力部将南京自动化研究所更名为电力部电力自动化研究院,于11月调整内部机构,保护专业正式定为上述名称。 南瑞继电保护研究所,根据电自院的一院两制的原则,亦是南瑞继电保护公司。现有职工约80人,拥有设计、开发、试验、调试用场地约4000M~2(不包括加工人员及其场地),装备有二套完善的动模试验室及四套全数字实时仿真系统。配有比较完善的计算机控制的调试检验生产线,是电力自动化研究院的主要研究所/公司之一。 一、重视人才的建设和培养
