目的:介绍经皮椎体成形术在治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的应用及临床效果[1]。方法:在C臂X线机定位下对18例患者的24个椎体经皮椎体成形术,经皮椎弓根向椎体内穿刺,并注入骨水泥。结果:术后复查X线和CT见骨水泥在椎体呈团块状分布,其中2例骨水泥溢入邻近间盘,2例溢入椎旁软组织,1例溢入椎管,但患者无临床症状,未行特殊处理,疗效判定按世界卫生组织(WHO)标准。疼痛完全缓解(CR)12例,部分缓解(PP)6例。对全部病例随访4~16个月,疼痛无加重或复发,椎体无压缩现象。结论:经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折,能够迅速缓解疼痛,重建椎体生物强度,恢复椎体稳定性,是一种操作简便、疗效肯定、并发症少、安全有效的微创技术,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective: To introduce percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in the clinical application and clinical [1]. Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can quickly relieve pain, rebuild the biological strength of vertebral body and restore the stability of vertebral body.
