试验证明:对于大型沸腾钢钢锭,采取铸完向模内加入一定数量的SiO_2-FeO造渣剂以强化模内钢液沸腾的方法可以改善钢锭头部组织,减少钢锭上涨从而减少钢坯切头。在钢锭浇铸过程中模口盖盖铸完立即压盖,可使浇铸期间模内钢液沸腾显著减弱,并制止了钢锭的上涨,因而减轻了钢锭尾部及皮层之负偏析,提高了轧制之钢材的机械强度,并有可能进一步增加钢坯的收得率。
