引言在渗氮或直接由其衍生出来的处理方法中,离子轰击工艺具有许多优点。这种方法获得的化合物层,其性能一般都比用其它方法获得的要好得多。从而很好地解决了磨损、摩擦和疲劳强度等问题。本文旨在更好地阐明用这种方法获得的各化合物层的形成和相变情况。这里特别要论述γ’、ε碳氮化合物单相层,以及由硫和碳、氮相结合而衍生出来的其它化合物层。为了制订出组织结构的选择标准,以确定最佳的表面应力状态,对各相的转变和塑性变形模型的认识,看来是必不可少的。
INTRODUCTION The ion bombardment process has many advantages in nitriding or the process directly derived from it. The compound layers obtained by this method generally perform much better than those obtained by other methods. So as to solve the wear and tear, friction and fatigue strength and other issues. The purpose of this paper is to better illustrate the formation and phase change of each compound layer obtained by this method. Particular attention is given here to the γ ’, ε carbonitride single phase layers, as well as other compound layers derived from the combination of sulfur and carbon and nitrogen. It seems essential to develop a selection criteria for the organizational structure to determine the optimal state of surface stress, knowledge of the transformation of phases and the plastic deformation model.
