郑榕是北京人艺“元老级”著名表演艺术家。他在北京人艺舞台上创造出许多经典人物形象,《龙须沟》里的赵大爷、《雷雨》中的周朴园、《布雷乔夫》中的布雷乔夫、《虎符》中的侯赢、《胆剑篇》里的伍子胥、《武则天》中的裴炎、《茶馆》中的常四爷、《丹心谱》中的方凌轩等。郑榕创造的这些经典人物形象已载入中国话剧史册。郑榕的艺术人生,正像他在《丹心谱》中饰演的方凌轩作的一首诗,精妙概括出他充满苦闷、艰辛、富有传奇和戏剧性的人生之路。风风雨雨几疏枝,赖有天公勤护持。待到梅花香彻骨,丹心一点到春时。
Zheng Rong is a Beijing Renyi “veteran ” famous performing artist. He has created many classic figures in the stage of Beijing art and culture, such as Zhao uncle in Longsugou, Zhou Puyuan in Thunderstorm, Brechov in Brechov, Hou Ying in Hufu, Wu Zixu in The Gallbladder, Pei Yan in Wu Zetian, Chang Sye Ye in The Teahouse, Fang Ling Xuan in The Heart of Dan Xin et al. Zheng Rong created these classic characters have been included in the history of Chinese drama.
