“轻负担”和“高质量”一直以来被我们看做是一对矛盾,这对矛盾是我们长期以来所形成的教育观念所造成的,依靠大量的作业,以及强化、强压的手段来提高考试质量(也就是所谓的教学质量)一直是我们教育的一种时尚,一尊不可舍弃的法宝。结果却是老师孩子负担沉重,疲惫不堪,孩子害怕学习,师生关系紧张。应怎样高质有效而轻松地教学一直是我们探索的方向。这里我就有效的课堂、有效的作业、有效的课外
“Light Burden” and “High Quality” have long been regarded as a contradiction between us. These contradictions are caused by our long-established educational concept. We rely on a large amount of homework, as well as strengthening and repressing Means to improve the quality of the exams (so-called teaching quality) have always been a fashion in our education and a magic weapon that we can not give up.
