吉林省从事城市居民最低生活保障的工作者通过长期的工作实践,已逐步纳入法制化、规范化的轨道上并且获得了非常显著的效果。然而,随着该制度的推广与实践,有许多缺陷和不足不可避免地暴露出来了。该文研究的目的就是要针对吉林省对城市居民最低生活保障制度的运行状况和本身特点并结合吉林省实际进行认真的探索分析并提出相应的对策建议。
Through long-term working practices, workers engaged in the minimum living security of urban residents in Jilin Province have gradually been incorporated into the legalization and standardization track and have achieved remarkable results. However, with the promotion and practice of the system, many shortcomings and deficiencies have inevitably been exposed. The purpose of this study is to aim at the operational status and characteristics of the minimum living security system for urban residents in Jilin Province and to conduct a serious exploration and analysis based on the actual situation in Jilin Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
