近年来发现大量共刺激分子具有影响T细胞活化、增殖、存活及细胞因子分泌的能力 ,在调节肿瘤免疫中起着重要作用。操纵共刺激分子来增加肿瘤抗原特异性T细胞的数目和活性并抑制肿瘤生长 ,在动物模型和某些临床试验中已取得显著疗效 ,为癌症免疫治疗提供了新的发展方向
In recent years, it has been found that a large number of costimulatory molecules have the ability to affect T cell activation, proliferation, survival and secretion of cytokines and play an important role in the regulation of tumor immunity. Manipulation of costimulatory molecules to increase the number and activity of tumor antigen-specific T cells and inhibit tumor growth has achieved significant efficacy in animal models and in certain clinical trials, providing a new direction for cancer immunotherapy
