目的建立乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定工作场所空气中甲醛的方法,同时对姜堰区14家家具厂车间空气中的甲醛含量进行了测定。方法吸收液采集空气中的甲醛,pH6的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中与乙酰丙酮作用,波长413 nm处测定。结果检测姜堰区14家家具厂车间空气样本数共342份,合格率88.3%。加标回收率92.1%~102.5%,相关系数为0.9995,检出限0.25μg,精密度0.581%~2.92%。结论本法简便快速,准确度和精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中甲醛的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in the air of workplace by acetylacetone spectrophotometry and to determine the formaldehyde content in the air of the workshop of 14 furniture factories in Jiangyan District at the same time. Methods Absorbate was collected in the air formaldehyde, pH6 acetic acid - ammonium acetate buffer solution with acetylacetone role, measured at 413 nm wavelength. Results Detection Jiangyan District, 14 furniture factory workshop air samples total of 342, with a pass rate of 88.3%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 92.1% to 102.5% with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995, with a detection limit of 0.25μg and a precision of 0.581% -2.92%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. It is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in the air of workplace.
