在办公室工作中,偶尔会听到同事们的一些怨言,比如某个部门的工作人员态度不好,脸难看、门难进、事难办等等。往往这个时候,说的人情绪激动,听的人频频点头,表示深有同感。我虽然在办公室工作多年,但由于一直从事的是文字工作,平日里与其他部门的同志打交道并不是太多,往往是“躲进小楼成一统,管他春夏与秋冬”。我原以为自己只要写好材料、做好分内之事,就既不会给别人脸色看也不会被人给脸色看。可是,有一天,一位朋友很真诚地对我说:
