设计自动线时,除加工时间外,辅助时间也是决定机床效率的重要因素。加工时间取决于切削速度和进给量,辅助时间则受很多不易掌握的因素所影响,换刀时间便是其中之一。使用快换卡头、不重磨式刀片和刀具的成组预调,在相当程度上可以减少辅助时间,但所有这些措施都不可避免地要使机床停车。 有两种典型系统可以免除停车而缩短辅助时间: 1.设置两个交替工作的相同工位,即设置备用工位; 2.采用两套刀具或刀具组的换刀回转台。
When designing an automatic line, besides the processing time, the auxiliary time is also an important factor that determines the efficiency of the machine tool. The machining time depends on the cutting speed and feed rate. Auxiliary time is affected by many factors that are not easy to grasp. Tool changing time is one of them. The use of quick-change chuck heads, non-restrained inserts and tools for group presets can to a considerable degree reduce the auxiliary time, but all of these measures inevitably cause the machine to stop. There are two typical systems that eliminate parking and shorten the auxiliary time: 1. Set up two alternate stations that work alternately, ie set up a spare station. 2. Tool change turret with two sets of tools or tool sets.
