目的通过对宜昌市医疗机构开发HIS系统的医院进行调查,旨在进一步推广、完善HIS系统中传染病报告管理电子系统功能。方法采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果建立HIS系统的医院中,有3.33%开发了传染病疫情报告管理模块,该模块能减轻临床医生(t=2.113,P<0.05)及疫情信息员(z=-2.405,P<0.05)的工作负担,明显提高工作效率,差异有统计学意义。结论宜昌市各医疗机构对于HIS系统中的传染病信息报告系统模块的建设情况尚不统一,同时在功能方面需进一步规范,因而,推广HIS系统中规范的传染病报告管理电子系统功能开发与应用模式,对于提高工作效率具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the HIS system-based hospitals in medical institutions in Yichang to further promote and perfect the functions of electronic system of infectious disease reporting and management in HIS system. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for analysis. Results 3.33% of the hospitals that established HIS system developed the infectious disease report management module, which can reduce the difference between clinicians (t = 2.113, P <0.05) and outbreak informants (z = -2.405, P <0.05) Work load, significantly improve work efficiency, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The construction of infectious disease information reporting system module in HIS system is not uniform for all medical institutions in Yichang City and the function should be further regulated. Therefore, the development and application of standardized infectious disease reporting management electronic system in HIS system should be promoted Mode, to improve work efficiency is of great significance.
