《义务教育英语课程标准》中明确指出:小学英语学习必须达到二级标准,了解简单的单词拼读规律,掌握600~700个单词和50个左右的习惯用语等。单词作为英语语言最基本的要素之一,起着非常重要的作用。在小学英语教学中,单词教学是一个重点,也是一个难点。为突破这难点,我县参与了《在欠发达地区小学英语课堂教学中运用phonics的研究》的子课题研究,借助phonics的本质教学要求—音—形、形—音对应关系的应用来识记单词,在课题实施过程中尝试摸索出适用本地课堂的教学模式供老师在课堂教学中参考与使用。
