JK-2H监控装置是确保安全运输的重要设施之一。它不仅能有效地防止超速、冒进、越出等行车恶性事故,还能准确地记录列车运行、信号设备及乘务人员操作状况,为安全部门分析事故乃至科学管理开辟了新的途径。一、问题的提出 JK-2H监控装置的控制模式是由速度、距离、信号、手柄位置等综合因素对机车进行监控。但其速度监控部分在实际运用中存在着下列技术缺陷:a)机车在静止状态下开启头灯、升降受电弓、闭合主断路器时,监控装置会突然出现速度显示;b)在安装防溜装置后,出现速度跳变,造成防溜误动作,如果该误动作是出现在低速状态下,则容易发生异
