目的研究河南省正常成人的食管运动功能。方法用消化道压力检测仪检测38名健康成人食管不同部位的压力。结果食管上、下括约肌的静息压分别为4.78±2.05kPa和2.56±1.25kPa。食管上段、中段和下段的静息压分别为0.71±1.15kPa、0.68±0.49kPa和0.63±0.59kPa。食管原发性蠕动波的平均传播速率在食管上括约肌至食管上段为53.89mm·s-1,上段至中段为22.13mm·s-1,中段至下段为40.32mm·s-1,下段至下括约肌为15.06mm·s-1。结论食管各部位的压力值及原发性蠕动波的传播速率明显不同,食管的两端存在高压区。
Objective To study the esophageal motility of normal adults in Henan Province. Methods The pressure of different parts of the esophagus in 38 healthy adults was tested with the digestive tract pressure tester. Results The resting pressures of the upper and lower sphincters were 4.78 ± 2.05 kPa and 2.56 ± 1.25 kPa, respectively. The resting pressure in the upper, middle and lower esophagus were 0.71 ± 1.15 kPa, 0.68 ± 0.49 kPa and 0.63 ± 0.59 kPa, respectively. The average rate of esophageal peristalsis was 53.89 mm · s-1 in the upper esophageal sphincter, 22.13 mm · s-1 in the upper and middle segments, 40.32 mm · s-1 in the middle and lower segments, The lower segment of the lower sphincter was 15.06 mm · s-1. Conclusion The pressure values of esophageal parts and the propagation velocity of primary peristaltic wave are obviously different. There are high pressure areas at both ends of the esophagus.
