近年来,我国高考复读人数不断增多,复读现象呈现普遍化的趋势,随之而来的是各地高考补习班的纷纷建立。对句容市成人文化补习学校的调查发现,高考补习学校在管理、教学、师资和学习氛围上的优势,以及在管理方式、办学模式上存在不足,因此,要转变教育理念、创新管理模式、优化教学方式、丰富学生生活等,以促进学生的全面发展。
