本项研究用二甲肼诱发Wistar大鼠大肠癌,观察促胆汁酸分泌的利胆药物—利胆醇、利胆片对大肠癌发病的影响,结果显示两药对二甲肼诱癌具有较强的协同作用及促进作用,认为促进肝细胞代谢功能、分泌大量胆汁酸、刺激大肠上皮增生及影响二甲肼在体内的代谢和致癌特性可能是两药的作用机理之一,提示长期大量服用两药是否可能作为人类大肠癌发病过程中的因素之一,值得引起注意和探讨。
In this study, Wistar rat colorectal cancer was induced by dimethyl hydrazine, and the effects of gallbladyl alcohol and gallbladder tablets on the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer were observed. The results showed that the two drugs had a better effect on the induction of dimethylhydrazine. Strong synergies and promoting effects suggest that promoting the metabolism of liver cells, secreting large amounts of bile acids, stimulating the proliferation of large epithelial epithelium, and affecting the metabolism and carcinogenicity of dimethyl hydrazine in the body may be one of the mechanisms of action of the two drugs, suggesting long-term use in large quantities. Whether the two drugs may be one of the factors in the pathogenesis of human colorectal cancer deserves attention and discussion.
