某低压机匣为大直径薄壁零件,材料为高温合金。该零件总高尺寸99.2±0.1实测加工值为99.4mm~99.6mm,超差0.1mm~0.3mm,超差情况较严重。本文通过对各工序加工后的测量数据进行分析,确定致使零件变形的工序,找出零件变形的原因并对该工序的加工方法进行优化调整,成功地解决了该零件的变形问题,上述超差尺寸均合格,大大提高了该零件的交付质量。
A low-pressure casing for the large-diameter thin-walled parts, the material is high temperature alloy. The total height of the parts 99.2 ± 0.1 measured processing value of 99.4mm ~ 99.6mm, ultra-poor 0.1mm ~ 0.3mm, worse than the worst conditions. In this paper, by analyzing the measured data of each process, the process of the deformation of the part is determined, the reason of the deformation of the part is found, and the processing method of the process is optimized and adjusted, the deformation of the part is successfully solved. The dimensions are acceptable, greatly improving the quality of the delivery of the parts.
