一、概况热轧齿轮是热滚轧工艺的一种,国外约在1860年就开始试验研究,但收效不大.直到1935年发明了高频感应加热方法之后,它才得到了实质性的发展.目前,苏联、日本、西德等国通过大量的试验研究后,已在某些齿轮厂用于实际生产.其轧制模数可达12,轧制直径范圈为30~1000mm,精度可达8~9级.它应用在生产中有三种形式:1)热轧后齿轮不再机械加工,可用于精度要求较低的零件,如电动凿岩机等:2)热轧后齿形进行冷精轧整形,精度达8级,可用于拖拉机上;3)热轧后齿形进行精密机械加工,可用于汽车、拖拉机上。
