为了研究麻风果种子的力学特性,进行了单因素试验和三因素三水平正交试验,以含水率、加载速度、加载方向为试验因素,以破壳力、破壳变形量、破壳能耗为响应指标.结果表明:沿y方向加载时各力学特性指标最小;由单因素试验得出了含水率、加载速度、加载方向对各试验指标的影响规律;通过正交试验和方差分析得出了影响麻风果种子综合破壳效果的主次因素依次为加载方向、加载速度、含水率.两组最佳破壳组合为:含水率7.11%、加载速度20mm/min、加载方向y方向或者含水率23.69%、加载速度5mm/min、加载方向y方向.
In order to study the mechanical properties of Jatropha curcas seeds, single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels were carried out.
