目的探讨醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清细胞因子含量的影响。方法测定25例急性脑梗死患者醒脑静治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量的变化,并与同期门诊健康体检者比较。结果急性脑梗死患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平较正常对照组明显增高,且与梗死灶面积相关;应用醒脑静注射液治疗2周后,血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平较用药前下降,仍高于正常对照组,但无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6参与脑缺血后的炎性及再灌注损伤,醒脑静可能通过减轻细胞因子介导的炎性反应对脑损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on serum cytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The changes of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 levels in 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment with Xingnaojing were measured and compared with those of healthy subjects during the same period. Results Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in normal control group and correlated with infarct size. Serum levels of TNF-α and IL- 1β, IL-6 levels were lower than before treatment, still higher than the normal control group, but no statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 are involved in the inflammatory and reperfusion injury after cerebral ischemia. Xingnaojing may have a protective effect on brain injury by reducing the cytokine-mediated inflammatory reaction.
