我国深化干部人事制度改革的基本目标己经确定。经过中央批准的《深化干部人事制度改革纲要》提出:通过不断推进和深化干部人事制度改革,到2010年,要建立起一套与建设有中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化相适应的干部人事制度,为建设一支符合“三个代表”要求的高素质干部队伍提供制度保证。我国将进一步建立健全党政领导干部定期考核制度,普遍实行届中和届末考核。深化干部人事制度改革的基本目标是:
