对BALB/c小白鼠甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞从胚胎14d(E14d)至成年期的发育过程,进行了组织化学与立体计量学研究。结果表明:(1)E14d~15d,细胞排列成不规则的团和索状。E16d~E17d,细胞围成原始的甲状腺滤泡。E18d,滤泡腔内出现PAS反应阳性胶体,成熟的甲状腺滤泡结构基本形成。(2)胚胎期滤泡上皮细胞核较大,核/质比大于1.0,分裂像易见。出生后21d,核/质比稳定在0.35,滤泡上皮细胞形态结构接近成年期状态。(3)E16d,AcP、ATPase、MAO和SDH均呈阳性反应,随后酶活性逐步增强,至生后21d均达强阳性反应。
Histochemistry and stereometrical studies were performed on the development of thyroid follicular epithelial cells from embryonic day 14 (E14d) to adulthood in BALB / c mice. The results showed that: (1) E14d ~ 15d, the cells arranged in irregular clusters and cord-like. E16d ~ E17d, cells surrounded by the original thyroid follicles. E18d, PAS-positive colloid in the follicular cavity, mature thyroid follicular structure basically formed. (2) Embryonic follicular epithelial cells larger nuclear, nuclear / mass ratio greater than 1.0, split like easy to see. At 21 days after birth, the nuclear / cytosolic ratio was stable at 0.35. The follicular epithelial cell morphology was close to that of adulthood. (3) E16d, AcP, ATPase, MAO and SDH were positive reaction, then gradually increased enzyme activity, to 21d postpartum were strong positive reaction.
