文章介绍了滚筒反力式汽车制动力检测系统的基本结构和基本原理,对车轮的受力过程进行了分析并给出了相应的表达式。在此基础上介绍了一种新型的单片机测控系统,给出了该系统的软硬件设计结构。通过对实际制动力与标定值相对照分析,提出了制动力误差补偿的方法。最后通过现场实测对系统进行了检验,证明该检测系统果能够满足汽车制动力测试时的动态要求,并且具有较高的测量精度和可靠性。
This paper introduces the basic structure and basic principle of braking force detection system of roller-reaction vehicle, analyzes the process of wheel force and gives the corresponding expression. On this basis, introduces a new type of single-chip measurement and control system, gives the system hardware and software design structure. By comparing the actual braking force with the calibration value, a method of braking force error compensation is proposed. At last, the system is verified by on-the-spot measurement, which proves that this system can meet the dynamic requirements of vehicle braking force test and has higher measurement accuracy and reliability.
