为研究镍基合金IN718的切削机理,应用Deform-3D软件建立三维有限元模型并对切削过程进行仿真,获得了不同切削速度、背吃刀量和进给量下切削力、切削温度的变化规律,并分析了产生切削力、切削温度变化的原因。仿真结果表明,在各因素中,对切削力而言,背吃刀量影响最大,切削速度影响最小;对切削温度而言,切削速度影响最大,进给量次之,背吃刀量影响最小。通过对切削力和切削温度的分析得到了适宜加工镍基合金的最佳工艺参数。
In order to study the cutting mechanism of nickel-base alloy IN718, three-dimensional finite element model was established by Deform-3D software and the cutting process was simulated. The variation of cutting force and cutting temperature under different cutting speeds, , And analyzed the reasons for cutting force and cutting temperature change. The simulation results show that in terms of cutting forces, the back-eating amount has the greatest influence on the cutting force and the cutting speed has the least influence on the cutting force. For the cutting temperature, the cutting speed has the greatest effect on the feeding amount, and the back feeding amount has the least effect on the cutting force . Through the analysis of cutting force and cutting temperature, the optimum process parameters for nickel base alloy are obtained.
