本文运用复合超声心动图技术包括二维、频谱和彩色多普勒超声心动图对56例胎心动脉导管和卵圆孔进行解剖学和血流动力学检测,超声束与血流的夹角<30°。共获18项参数。结果显示:1.胎心动脉导管的收缩期血流峰值速度、平均速度、峰值压差及平均压差均明显地高于胎儿心内各瓣口血流。2.动脉导管血流呈现收缩期为高速和舒张期为低速血流的血流特性。3.动脉导管血流的射血时间略长于主动脉和肺动脉。4.动脉导管血流加速度时间较肺动脉长。5,卵圆孔活瓣在每个心动周期内开放两次从而形成双峰的频谱特点。6.动脉导管和卵圆孔的血流流速积分,两组间有良好的相关关系(r=0.61,P<0.001)。7.CDFI显示动脉导管为从肺动脉向降主动脉分流的五彩镶嵌的血流信号,而卵圆孔显示为从右房向左房分流的单色血流信号。
In this paper, 56 cases of fetal heart catheterization and foramen ovale were examined by composite echocardiography including two-dimensional, spectral and color Doppler echocardiography. The included angle between ultrasound beam and blood flow was < 30 °. A total of 18 parameters. The result shows: 1. Fetal heart catheterization systolic peak blood flow velocity, the average velocity, peak pressure and average pressure were significantly higher than the heart of the fetal heart valve blood flow. 2. Arterial catheter blood flow showed systolic high velocity and diastolic blood flow characteristics of low velocity. 3. Arterial catheter blood flow ejection time slightly longer than the aorta and pulmonary artery. 4. Arterial catheter blood flow acceleration time longer than the pulmonary artery. 5, foramen ovale valve open twice in each cardiac cycle to form a double-peak spectrum characteristics. 6. Arterial catheter and foramen ovale blood flow velocity integral, there was a good correlation between the two groups (r = 0.61, P <0.001). 7. CDFI shows a patent ductus arteriosus as a multicolored inlaid flow signal shunting from the pulmonary artery to the descending aorta while the foramen ovale shows a monochromatic flow signal shunting from the right atrium to the left atrium.
