叙述了六横国产化单机1万m3/d反渗透海水淡化工程的工艺设计、设备配置、系统控制及部分国产关键技术、设备应用的基本情况。通过对该反渗透海水淡化系统的调试和试运行,结果表明该系统运行参数稳定,设备运行正常,性能指标达到设计要求,产品水符合国家生活饮用水标准。工程国产化率已达70%以上,且系统造水能耗仅为2.56 kWh/m3,已达到国内外先进水平。根据该项目情况,概要地分析了该系统的造水成本,经济和社会效益。
Describes the process design, equipment configuration, system control and some key technologies and equipment applications of the six horizontal localization single 10000 m3 / d reverse osmosis desalination project. Through the commissioning and trial operation of the reverse osmosis seawater desalination system, the results show that the operating parameters of the system are stable, the equipment is operating normally, the performance indicators meet the design requirements, and the product water meets the national drinking water standard. Project localization rate has reached more than 70%, and system water consumption only 2.56 kWh / m3, has reached advanced levels at home and abroad. According to the project, the cost of water system, economic and social benefits of the system are briefly analyzed.
