中草药复方对塞北兔泌乳性能的影响

为了探讨提高塞北兔泌乳性能的方法,试验选择60只母兔随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组,采用在塞北兔母兔日粮中添加中草药复方的方法,于产前15天至产后15天在试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的基础日粮中分别添加具有健脾益气、清热通络、理气下乳作用的中草药复方A或B,对母兔泌乳力、乳成分以及仔兔增重和成活率进行测定。结果表明:两个中草药复方均能提高塞北兔泌乳力,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别达到极显著(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05);基础日粮中添加中草药复方可以促进仔兔生长,提高仔兔成活率,尤其以中草药复方A效果好,可以使0~10d、10~20d两个阶段增重差异显著(P<0.05),20~30d阶段增重差异极显著(P<0.01),使断奶成活率提高了8.07个百分点;与对照组相比,中草药复方A可以提高乳脂率及乳蛋白、乳糖、非脂乳固体含量,其中12天和20天乳脂率呈现显著差异(P<0.05)和极显著差异(P<0.01),其余指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中添加适量的中草药复方可显著提高塞北兔的泌乳性能,促进仔兔生长,以中草药复方A效果为佳。 In order to explore ways to improve the lactation performance of Saibei rabbits, 60 female rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, experimental group I and experimental group II. 15 days before delivery to 15 days after delivery in the experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, the basic diet were added with spleen and qi, heat and collaterals, the role of Qi under the milk herbal compound A or B, on the lactating calf, Milk composition and weight gain and survival rate of the rabbit were measured. Especially, the effect of compound A of Chinese herbal medicine is good, which can significantly increase weight gain in 0-10d and 10-20d (P <0.05), increase in 20-30d stage (P <0.01), the weaning survival rate increased 8.07 percentage points; compared with the control group, Chinese herbal compound A can improve the milk fat percentage and milk protein, lactose, non-fat milk solids content, of which 12 days and 20 The results showed that there was significant difference (P <0.05) and the significant difference (P <0.01) between the days with and without the other indexes (P> 0.05). The results showed that adding proper amount of Chinese herbal compound to the diet could significantly improve the lactation performance and improve the growth of the rabbit in the northern part of the country.
