为了探讨提高塞北兔泌乳性能的方法,试验选择60只母兔随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组,采用在塞北兔母兔日粮中添加中草药复方的方法,于产前15天至产后15天在试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的基础日粮中分别添加具有健脾益气、清热通络、理气下乳作用的中草药复方A或B,对母兔泌乳力、乳成分以及仔兔增重和成活率进行测定。结果表明:两个中草药复方均能提高塞北兔泌乳力,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别达到极显著(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05);基础日粮中添加中草药复方可以促进仔兔生长,提高仔兔成活率,尤其以中草药复方A效果好,可以使0~10d、10~20d两个阶段增重差异显著(P<0.05),20~30d阶段增重差异极显著(P<0.01),使断奶成活率提高了8.07个百分点;与对照组相比,中草药复方A可以提高乳脂率及乳蛋白、乳糖、非脂乳固体含量,其中12天和20天乳脂率呈现显著差异(P<0.05)和极显著差异(P<0.01),其余指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中添加适量的中草药复方可显著提高塞北兔的泌乳性能,促进仔兔生长,以中草药复方A效果为佳。
